Plan it, wire it, generate it, cut it. Without leaving the board.
01 · Direct
The Director
Pick a director's look and a real rig: camera body, focal length, lens character, stop, film stock. The whole optical language rides every prompt, so your video holds one vision from the first frame to the last.
Director looks seed the rig, every axis stays tweakable
Cast and sets carry identity shot to shot
Save your own looks and reuse them across projects
02 · Compose
The Grid
A node canvas where the pipeline is visible: wire characters, styles, references and prompts into generators, chain image into video, branch, compare, keep what works. Starter templates fold the common moves into one click.
Every model is a node; outputs feed the next input
Character and environment nodes lock identity
Coverage, restyle, upscale, atmosphere, zine and more
03 · Generate
Build
The bench. One prompt slab, a rail of twenty-plus models with their real capabilities, and the exact price of the run before you press generate, compared across every provider that carries the model.
Live cost preview and a cross-provider price compare
Fleet-learned speed and reliability next to every price
Every run logged: reuse the exact recipe later
04 · Cut
Signal
Your song is the timeline. Lyrics align to the waveform, every line takes a shot, and the cut builds on parallel shotlines: one main cut the player reads, side lanes for the alternates, shots dragged between them while the audio re-cuts itself underneath.
Hosted lyric alignment: drop a track, get a timeline
Every shot collects frames, audio and takes into a model-ready brief
One button sends the brief to the Grid; the finished take flows back
Plus the Library. Every generation, upload and reference filed automatically: browse it, bulk-select it, send it anywhere, re-run it.
The part nobody else has
Your whole team. One board. Live.
Shotline was built by two artists directing one video across two screens, so it had to be
multiplayer from the ground up. Not file handoffs. Not exports. The same canvas, at the same time.

Live cursors + co-editing
See where your co-director is working, watch nodes change as they change them, never merge anything.
Shared boards, real roles
Invite by handle or link, as editor or viewer. Renders land on the board, billing stays with whoever pressed generate.
Board chat
Talk where the work is. Every board carries its own thread, presence and unread state.
Community presets
Share looks, styles and atmospheres as codes anyone can import in one click.
The arsenal
Thirty-nine models. Four providers. And your own GPU.
Every model below runs on your own keys, at the provider's own listed rate, priced live and
compared across carriers before every run.
Plus MiniMax H3 and LTX 2.5, open-weights models no hosted provider carries,
running only on your own rented card.
Hosted · billed per clip
Their cloud, your keys.
Several providers carry the catalog. You plug in the keys you already own and every
generation is billed by the provider at their listed rate:
The compare card prices the shot on every carrier before you commit it, and routes to the cheapest automatically.
Your keys stay yours: the credits on them work outside Shotline too, on whatever else you build.
No plan floor, no expiring credit bucket, no markup on your own work. Even the rare month a bundle would beat us, the card says so.

Self-hosted · billed per hour Studio Plus
Your card, our pipeline.
Rent a GPU on your own account and the studio queues your shots onto it. A card charges
by the hour, not per clip, and that changes what is possible:
Iteration stops being a per clip decision. Once the card is warm, the twentieth take costs almost nothing on top of the first.
Inputs the hosted endpoints do not sell: a shot can follow a reference clip frame for frame, or be built to match a sheet of your cast.
Restyle, inpaint, outpaint, clean plate, relight and upscale run on the same card, against footage you already have.
The gift line
A warm card is a card you can lend. Open your line and a friend moves a queued shot
straight onto it: their job, your GPU, the result back to them, and your key never
leaves your account. No money changes hands, it is a gift. A leaderboard ranks the
studio's hosts by how much they have actually rendered for others, so the people
keeping the lights on are the ones who sit at the top.
Your rented-GPU account
You are billed by the minute the card is up, on your own rental account, at whatever the
market rate is that day. Shotline adds nothing to it and never routes you there on its
own, because renting a card is a decision about a session, not about a clip.
What you get
Every room comes standard. Plus makes it your house.
Shotline never resells you generations. You bring the keys you already have, you pay each
provider their own wholesale rate, and the studio shows you what a run costs before you make
it. Studio Plus adds the parts that only make sense once the work is yours: your own
presets, your own house style, and your own graphics card.

Early access
We are picking 10 artists to finish V1 with us.
Not a waitlist. A crew. You get the full studio while it is still warm from the forge, we get
the ten pairs of eyes that make it bulletproof. Two things are part of the deal, and we mean them:
01 · The credit
Everything you publish that was made during early access carries the short Made in Shotline clip we provide. Your work stays yours; the badge just says where it was forged.
02 · The reports
You actively report every issue you hit, right from the tool's built-in reporter. Ten artists who ship beat a thousand who lurk.
Application received.
We read every one. If your profile fits the first ten, the access key lands in your inbox.
